Curelator owns and operates the n1-headache.com website and the N1‑Headache™ application (together hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use this Service.
By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and all other terms and policies that appear on the Service. If you do not wish to be bound by any of these terms, you may not use the Service.

User Accounts
To register for an account with us, subscribe to receive the newsletter and learn the latest about N1‑Headache™ research, analyses and findings, you must be 18 years of age or over. If you are under 18 years of age or not of legal age to form a binding contract, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service. Our Service is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children under 13 years of age. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain Personal Data about anyone under the age of 13.
When you register an account with us, you are required to provide your name, email address, date of birth and certain other information collected by Curelator (collectively, “Personal Data”). You agree that the Personal Data that you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Curelator reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, regarding the security of the Service and your Personal Data. In no event and under no circumstances shall Curelator be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service, your use of the Personal Data or your release of the Personal Data to a third party. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time.
Purchase Terms
If you wish to purchase N1‑Headache™ Premium, you acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store Provider (Apple’s App Store or Google Play) and are governed by the app store provider’s terms and conditions/EULA. You may access the app store providers’ purchase rules and policies directly from their app stores.
If you have any payment-related inquiries with in-app purchases, you need to contact the app store provider directly.

This Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Curelator.
Curelator has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Curelator shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
Right to Modify
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of this Service following notice of any such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the revised terms, inclusive of such changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
